Operations Phase Services
Treatment When Necessary, But Not Necessarily Conventional Treatment.
Cut operating costs up to 50% with the right treatment approach.
When treatment is unavoidable, you need biological, physical, chemical, and electrochemical options. The optimal solutions are tailored to your water, site, and budget.
We don't push one solution. We help you pick what works.

From Concept to Completion: We move from technology evaluation (FEL1) to testing (FEL2) to full-scale execution (FEL3)—saving time, cost, and uncertainty.

Treatment Technologies
Biological Treatment
Saturated Rock Fill (SRF) reactors leverage native microbes for in-situ treatment. At some British Columbia mines, SRFs treat up to 77,500 m³/day, removing nitrate and selenium underground. Using DNA/RNA sequencing, microbial communities can be monitored to optimize performance.
Physical and Chemical Treatment
Conventional precipitation, clarification, and advanced membrane systems deliver reliable performance when site conditions need proven approaches rather than emerging technologies.
Tools that Turn Models into Decisions
Amprey™: The Swiss Army Knife of Mine Water Treatment
The electrochemical cell uses electrical current to drive oxidation-reduction reactions that precipitate dissolved metals from water as stable, non-leachable solids.
Amprey™ works in all climates, even freezing temperatures. The process produces non-leachable solid cake, lowering capital and operating costs more than conventional methods.

Misty CO₂™: Carbon Capture Meets pH Neutralization
The Misty system captures CO₂ emissions from diesel generators and dissolves them in water to form carbonic acid that safely adjusts pH to near-neutral levels.
The payoff includes cost savings, enhanced safety, reduced emissions, and carbon credit opportunities. It works well on-grid or off-grid and is ideal for remote sites.
Why Operators Choose This Approach
- Up to 50% OpEx reduction vs. conventional treatment
- No residual waste from biological and electrochemical systems
- Proven at scale with operating references across North America
- Reduced liability for operators due to the elimination of risks from shipping, storing, and handling harmful chemicals
- One partner from concept through commissioning
